PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center offers extensive specialty care, serving an impressive annual patient base of over 280,000 individuals Vancouver. At Orchards we continue to serve patients who need to see a clinician quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, severe colds and flu, allergies and rashes. The ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will have a **_minimum_** of two years or more years of recent Urgent Care, Walk-In / Same Day, or Primary Care clinician experience.
Practice Highlights:
+ This clinic will have two Priority Care clinicians and three established Family Medicine physicians and a physician assistant.
+ Clinic Hours: Monday – Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Open 7 days a week, including holidays.
+ Full Time, 0.9 FTE, Variable Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts weekly, 36 patient contact hours weekly. No call requirements.
+ Seeing all ages 0-99: Up to ~40 walk in and scheduled patients daily. Non-paneled position. Fast-paced practice with EPIC EMR, Dragon, and DAX AI Scribe.
+ 14 exam spaces, 2 per clinician, with on-site Digital X-Ray, pharmacy and point of care lab testing available.

+ Guaranteed first year income: 0.9 FTE: $125,760.00
+ If production exceeds guaranteed salary after two full quarters, the clinician has the option to move to the production-based model the following quarter, plus receive up to 10% extra in value measures.
