    We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Home Care Operations to lead our in-home care team. In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, and drive growth while upholding the highest standards of care and customer service.

     

    Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

     

    Compensation: Competitive Salary, Performance Bonus Potential

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead all aspects of office operations, including supervision of internal staff and indirect oversight of caregiver teams

    + Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements

    + Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve service delivery and business performance

    + Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier care staff

    + Foster community relationships and build referral partnerships to grow the business

    + Oversee financial operations to optimize revenue and control costs

    + Respond to after-hours and emergency situations as needed

    + Promote a culture of compassion, service excellence, and professionalism

    What You’ll Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)

    + 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within the home care industry

    + Proven experience managing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business growth

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    + Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills

    + Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift up to 10 lbs

    + Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently throughout the day

    + Must have adequate vision and hearing, with or without accommodation
