    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Analyst with strong expertise in Finance modules to support our ongoing implementation, enhancement, and support efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design particularly in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Candidates with additional experience in QA automation, solution architecture, or Oracle ERP development will be given strong preference.

     

    In this role, as part of the QA team you will work closely with Finance stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, testing, stability, performance, reliability and support of the Oracle Fusion ERP platform. You will also contribute to testing cycles, quarterly patch planning, and root cause analysis when needed. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between onsite and offshore QA teams, managing daily test execution, project planning, and status reporting to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

    Job Description

    Oracle Fusion ERP:

    + Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance configurations.

    + Assess and validate customizations and setups across core modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

    + Support quarterly patch planning and testing efforts by coordinating with QA and solution teams.

    + Evaluate impact of updates and enhancements from Oracle or internal teams; participate in risk-based testing and defect triage.

    + Work with Oracle SRs to resolve system issues and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.

    Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation

    + Collaborate with Solution Architects, QA teams, and Developers to align business processes with system capabilities.

    + Participate in UAT cycles, validate results, and ensure business sign-off.

    + Document functional requirements, configuration decisions, and test scenarios.

    + Provide guidance to junior team members and assist with knowledge transfer during onboarding or transition phases.

    Preferred Add-on Capabilities

    + Experience working with QA automation tools (e.g., OpKey, Tosca) to support regression or quarterly patch testing.

    + Familiarity with solution architecture or technical development in Oracle Fusion ERP (e.g., Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP).

    + Understanding of API integration and middleware workflows for Oracle ERP.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

    + Minimum 7–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Finance modules.

    Technical Expertise

    + Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and modules, especially Finance and SCM.

    + Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and other relevant programming languages.

    + Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as OpKey, Tosca, or similar frameworks preferred.

    Functional Competencies

    + Solid understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, or supply chain management workflows.

    + Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and test cases.

    + Demonstrated analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities.

    + Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
