    Neuro Speech-Language Pathologist– Full-Time /PRN

     

    Salary Range $40-60/hr

    We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments

    + Address a range of needs including dysphagia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), cognitive, and language-based challenges

    + Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care

    + Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards

    + Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of NJ

    + Current CPR certification

    + Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population

    + Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

    + 1+ years of experience
