We are seeking an experienced Senior OMS Application Engineer to join our Digital Solutions team.
Responsibilities
+ Design, configure, integrate, and test the OMS applications of ADMS systems to meet the specific needs of our electric utility clients.
+ Develop and execute system build plans accounting for software architecture, information security, and hardware deployment.
+ Work with the Project Manager and provide technical input into the overall project schedule, budget, resource requirements, and risk management.
+ Support engineering workshops and work closely with customers to understand their operational needs, provide system training, and configuration to meet their needs and ensure contract requirements and specifications are met.
+ Perform customer training and consulting on OMS modeling and application tuning to ensure the effective use and maintenance ofthe OMSapplications.
+ Perform system and acceptance testing with the end customers.
+ Develop scripts and other middleware solutions to integrate 3rd party systems.
+ Troubleshoot complex problems and collaborate with technical experts in various domains.
+ Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field and ensure systems are implementedin accordance withindustry best practices.
+ Travel to customer sites and work directly with customers to successfully deliver, test, and integrate systems.

Qualifications
Minimumrequirements include:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relatedarea.
+ 5+ years of experience inApplicationEngineering role.
+ Fundamental understandingand knowledge to configurethefollowingOMS applications:
+ Geographical Information System (GIS)
+ Switch Order Management (SOM)
+ Work Force Management (WFM)
+ Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
+ Customer Information System (CIS)
+ Unix skills required (1-3+ years)
+ Experience with XML (1-3+ years)
+ Experience with JavaScript (1-3+ years)
+ Experience using Linux and Windows operating systems.
+ Strong systems background with the ability to troubleshoot across complex systems.
+ Ability to develop shell and Python scripts.
+ Familiarity with the concepts ofREST basedweb services.
+ Technical understanding of networking and security, operating systems, virtual environments, and systems integration.
+ Understand concepts of big data technologies and relational databases.
+ Experience with ADMS and/or OMS implementation projects.
+ Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated teamwork and customer focus withhigh standardsof professional ethics.
+ Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
+ Strong command of the English language.
+ Right to work in the US (e.g., US citizen or permanent resident).
Ideal candidates will have the following:
+ Understanding ofADMS applications (DPF, FLISR, VVO/VVC, DERs).
+ Experience supporting criticaloperationor information technology systems.
+ Strong knowledge of NERC reliability and cybersecurity standards.
+ Knowledge ofindustrydataexchangestandardsand APIs,likeCIM and/orMultiSpeak.
+ Experience with Distribution Utilities and/or Oracle Utilities Network Management System a plus
+ Experience with SQL, Oracle RDBMS, and WebLogic a plus
+ Be a certified Professional Engineer.
The expected compensation range for this position is based upon several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, prior relevant work experience and work location.
**Compensation:** $130,000 Min - $160,000 Max
