Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate? The SIMOS team is currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution lumper positions. In this role, you must have 1 year of lumping experience. As a SIMOS associate, you will receive health/dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks!

As a Warehouse Loading/Unloading Associate, you will be responsible for lumping, which involves loading and unloading heavy bulk items up to 70 lbs.

Must have up to 1 year of loading and unloading (lumping) experience to be considered for the position

Shift Information:

+ General Labor $15.50/hour

+ 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm

+ 2nd shift Monday-Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Pay Rate: $15.50 / hour

Duties:

+ This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting.

+ Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed.

+ Operate equipment safely and to exception, as needed.

+ Employee must always maintain a work-area and environment that is free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris, to help maintain a safe working environment.

+ Stack and palletize non-perishable bulk products

+ Push and pull carts up to 100lbs solo

+ The warehouse is a high-traffic area and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focus

+ Must be able to lift 70lbs solo and up to 150 as a team

+ Zero tolerance for cellphones on the floor

+ Non-climate control building

Position Requirements:

+ Inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders

+ Load and unloads trucks

+ lifting or maneuvering 70-150 pounds

+ Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions

+ Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic

+ Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace

+ Ability to utilize personal protective equipment, which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes

+ Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
