Responsibilities:

+ Manage important customer accounts

+ Accurately diagnose, repair, replace & maintain HVACR equipment

+ Be responsible for a company vehicle to keep clean & maintain parts inventory documents

+ The work vehicle is to be driven home daily

+ Good record keeping and paperwork completion is a vital part of this job

Qualifications:

+ Experienced, mature AC & Refrigeration Diagnostic and Repair Technician needed for a challenging responsibility

+ Minimum 5 years light commercial A/C and/or refrigeration and ice machine experience

+ Successful candidates will have valid FL driver's license and EPA certification

+ Profitable repair sales experience required, numerous commission & bonus opportunities, on-call rotation, year-round work, tool purchase/replacement program, continuing education program, group insurance program, vacation & holidays paid, Retirement program, Drug Free Workplace

+ Skills testing required to qualify

+ NATE certification is helpful

+ Solid opportunity for advancement in management or sales

+ Pay based upon talent, aptitude testing and verifiable experience

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Previous experience as a refrigeration technician

+ HVAC certification

+ Braising and soldering skills

+ Knowledge of local building codes

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics

+ Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions

+ Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
