    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    + We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly within IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and tools by focusing on the people side of change.

    + The OCM analyst will go beyond designing and implementing process improvements, they will coordinate changes across process stakeholders and roles. Ensures effective communication and adoption of process changes and consistency between Employees/Users (requestors/consumers) and the Asset and Service providers in ITSS. This role combines asset management principles with a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and software licensing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

    + Collaborate with asset management stakeholders to align OCM efforts with configuration and asset lifecycle improvements.

    + Support and participate in organizational change management tasks as directed by the OCM manager, including writing stories, interviewing stakeholders, updating SharePoint sites, and developing presentations

    + Maintain an accurate and comprehensive inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software, peripheral devices).

    + Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments to include audit checks on assets, ensuring adherence to relevant ITAM processes.

    + Develop and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities to support awareness, understanding, and adoption.

    + Track and report on change adoption metrics, feedback, and issues to continuously refine change strategies.

    + Assist in the creation and maintenance of OCM documentation, templates, and toolkits.

    + Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Project Management, and Service Management.

    + Identify risks and mitigate resistance through proactive engagement and support.

    + Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize asset utilization.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Education:

    + Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted, if degree is required.

    + Certification:

    + Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or ITIL Foundations.

    + Experience:

    + Minimum three (3+) years of experience in change management roles, preferably supporting IT or enterprise technology projects.

    + Demonstrated experience working with or supporting Asset Management initiatives (e.g., CMDB, hardware/software lifecycle, ITIL processes).

    + Minimum three (3+) years of experience monitoring and ensuring compliance with the organization’s IT Asset Management strategy during changes.

    + Other Requirements:

    + US citizenship required.

    + Desired Certification:

    + Prosci Change Management certification

    + Desired Experience:

    + Experience working on project implementations, technology solutions, and/or working at a large consulting firm, utility, or other regulatory company.

    + A strong understanding of ITAM principles, best practices, and relevant tools.

    + Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

    + Skills:

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

    + An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

    + Knowledge of IT procurement processes and experience with vendor management.

    + Knowledge of software licensing models, entitlements, and compliance requirements.

    + Software:

    + Operating ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)

    + Technology:

    + Company computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.

    + The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    + The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

    + USD $ 53,000 - 90,000

    + Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
