What you’ll be doing:

+ Apply AI technologies to design and build products tailored for enterprise environments.

+ Work on a high-performing agile team that embraces lean principles

+ Coordinate with product managers and designers to execute on our company values and product principles

+ Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks

+ Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team

+ Mentor other developers on the team

+ Embed automated unit, integration, and additional testing seamlessly into your development process.

+ Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders.

+ Ensures the team is following JobNimbus and general industry standards

+ Effectively collaborates across teams and contributes to the discipline as a whole

What makes you the hero for this job:

+ 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience

+ Extensive experience in C#

+ Proficiency in Node.js for developing server-side applications

+ EF Core

+ Microservice architectures

+ Event Driven Architectures

+ Stream Processing

+ Database Management & Design (SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of Couchbase a plus

+ Containerization and orchestration

+ Deploying scalable, highly available, distributed systems

+ AWS Services (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFront, S3)

+ Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and consumption including the OpenAPI specification

+ Familiarity with Devops patterns & CI/CD pipelines

+ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

+ Observability (Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting)

+ Testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E tests)

+ API and general Security Principles for encryption, input validation, rate limiting

+ Exposure to Domain Driven Design (DDD)

+ Experience migrating from monolithic to micro frontend architectures

+ Background in platform engineering or building internal tools/services used across multiple product teams

+ A passion for building core platform services that power the rest of the company—if platform work excites you, there’s an epic journey waiting for you

Bonus if you have:

+ Experience building authentication and identity systems (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)

+ Familiarity with implementing or designing fine-grained authorization systems and enterprise SSO

+ Interest in scalable user provisioning and account lifecycle management
