Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable office coordinator to provide administrative support for the outpatient clinic patients.

+ **You will welcome patient and family members in a professional manner.**

+ **You will obtain copies of necessary identification and insurance cards**

+ **You will review intake paperwork with patient and family.**

+ **Secure all signatures necessary for treatments, release of medical information, assignment of insurance benefits, and payment of services from legally responsible parties**

+ **You will process new patient charts according to paperwork flow needs**

+ **You will ensure charts are accurate and up-to-date on an ongoing basis**

Requirements:

+ **EDUCATION: GED/Highschool Diploma**

+ **EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in healthcare setting**

Shift:

+ **Full Time Days - no weekends**
