    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Master Data Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will support the organizations master data management (MDM) efforts by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of key data across systems. You will work closely with business units, data stewards, and IT teams to maintain high-quality data and contribute to data governance initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain and update master data records across key domains (e.g., customer, vendor, product, material) in alignment with established standards and procedures.

     

    Support the implementation and enforcement of MDM policies, processes, and data quality rules.

     

    Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.

     

    Assist in data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

     

    Participate in data integration and migration efforts, ensuring proper mapping and transformation of master data.

     

    Contribute to the development and maintenance of data definitions, metadata, and documentation.

     

    Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and support business decision-making.

     

    Provide end-user support and training on MDM tools and processes.

     

    Stay informed about industry best practices and tools related to master data management and data governance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

     

    35 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role.

     

    Familiarity with master data domains and data governance principles.

     

    Experience working with MDM tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere) is a plus.

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

     

    Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Experience supporting MDM or data governance initiatives in a mid-to-large organization.

     

    Understanding of data quality frameworks and data lifecycle management.

     

    Exposure to project-based work, including data migration or system implementation projects.

     

    Certifications in data management or analytics (e.g., CDMP, CIMP) are a plus null
