Job Description

Were seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage order fulfillment, RMAs, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy for West Coast Field Service support. This role handles part sourcing, tracks returns, maintains inventory records, and ensures timely response to service requests, serving as a key contact for this client's personnel in the same time zone.

Skills and Requirements

At least 3 years of RMA (return MATERIAL authorization) experience is required, preferably in a field service or manufacturing environment.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including inventory control.

Proven ability to plan and conduct inventory counts (cycle and full physical)

Experience using inventory management systems such as SAP, Infor, Oracle, or similar.

Experience contributing to process improvements and drafting procedures or work instructions Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely (preferred)

BA/ BS degree

*must be able to lift 75 LBs null
