• Claims Testing Analyst

    Job Description

    A large vision insurance company in the Mason, OH area is seeking a Claims Analyst. for a contract role. This person will be required to work in a hybrid environment and work on site two days/ week in the Mason headquarters. Their main responsibilities will include the following. Assisting Sr. Analysts to coordinate client assignments to make sure everything is set up in the testing environment for specific claims requests Running SQL queries Analyze and compare data in regards to 110+ claims and benefits information in excel spreadsheets regarding to testing results. This person is responsible to find if any mistakes or changes have been made, they will then document this in a specific tracker to send down to retest.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ years of experience in claims analyst, data analyst or similar role

     

    Prior work experience in the healthcare industry - must have knowledge around providers, benefits, and claims

     

    Excel - must be able to read and analyze large data sets

     

    SQL - run queries, read reports generated Visions experience

     

    Medicaid knowledge
