    Job Description

    Overview:

    Join a trusted Thermo King dealer as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers in the transport refrigeration industry. Youll handle inquiries, schedule service, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-ins.

     

    Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.

     

    Process parts orders and warranty claims.

     

    Provide product and service information.

     

    Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    2+ years in customer service (transport or HVAC preferred).

     

    Strong communication and multitasking skills.

     

    Familiarity with Thermo King products is a plus.

     

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. null
