Job Description
The resource manages daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, time and attendance tracking, coaching, and corrective action. They round regularly to assess patient and staff safety, monitor schedule utilization, and optimize EHR dashboards and workqueues. They oversee inventory and supply ordering, ensuring accuracy and timeliness through established workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating facility maintenance, managing provider onboarding/offboarding, assisting with student scheduling, maintaining vendor and community relationships, and jumping in on clinic tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree (in healthcare administration or business related field of study)
3-5+ years of experience in healthcare operations (preferably in multispecialty or ENT/Opthomology setting)
Experience with managing 20+ clinical and clerical staff
Experience with EPIC
Thrive in fast-paced environment
Data interpretation skills Advanced Excel for operational analysis and reporting null
