    - Documenting the use case from a user experience perspective

     

    - Creating customer journeys

     

    - Researching the user experience

     

    - Watching shopping behaviors, analyzing documenting

     

    - Help make moc ups that they can then test and see does the solution work

     

    - Rapid prototyping

     

    - researching hard edge cases and problem areas

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2-3+ years of experience in UX research

     

    - Ability to research and design both digital and physical experiences

     

    - Ability to rapidly prototype and test

     

    - Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD

    - Background in RETAIL null
