Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Campaign Builder to join our client who is a top-ranked direct marketing agency. The selected candidate will be responsible for building campaigns based on Sales Reps request, maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of communicating with the sales teams and peers. Specifically, you will be building the campaigns for the sales reps prior to submission.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

Basic Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel)

1-5 yrs. customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment

Strong attention to detail and someone willing to learn!
