Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the facility maintenance team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Supervisor

**Location:** Rice County, Minnesota

**Pay Range:** $60,000 - $80,000

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate all daily activities of the facility maintenance teams.

+ Direct and execute all work order requests while overseeing the maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

+ Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program, tracking and documenting progress.

+ Attend meetings with facility leadership to review scheduled work orders and discuss new requests.

+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety procedures and company standards.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.

+ 2-5 years of demonstrated supervision experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerized Maintenance Management Systems.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
