    Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Construction Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Construction Quality Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance team supporting various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Quality Inspector

    **Location:** Boydton, VA

    **Pay Range:** $55-60 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes.

    + Evaluate the quality and suitability of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and other components.

    + Verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.

    + Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and test results.

    + Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings, including any deviations or non-conformances.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards.

    + Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.

    + Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.

    + Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and contribute to solutions.

    + Proficiency in using tools for measurement and inspection, such as calipers, micrometers, and testing equipment.
