    Job Description:

    This Civil Engineer III role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful civil infrastructure and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in land development and water resources design.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead design engineer to assist project manager with civil engineering design of commercial, K-12, residential, and roadway projects

    + Ability to assign tasks to design staff and provide mentorship to junior engineers

    + Provide quality control reviews of design work

    + Prepare permit submittals for review agencies (experience in central Ohio preferred)

    + Experience in leading drainage design and writing Stormwater Management Reports preferred (including experience with HydroCAD/SSA/PondPack and storm sewer sizing spreadsheets)

    + Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or move into project management

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor a project's scope, schedule, and budget

    + Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for site grading (Corridors, SSA, Pipe Networks are a plus)

    + Confident in communicating with clients and reviewing agencies

    + Maintain and utilize working knowledge of accepted engineering design standards and practices in the execution of design work that will meet the clients' needs and conform to Company standards.

    + Maintain complete project records and documentation according to company standards.

    + Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand

     

    Salary Range

     

    90,000 - 105,000
