**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Experienced** **Q** **uality Systems Specialist (Level 3)** to support the **Quality Team** based out of **North Charleston, South Carolina** .

We are looking for a teammate that has extensive Quality process experience, problem-solving skills, is process improvement driven, who will be providing education and will mentor on the Quality Management System (QMS), developing and managing relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners, and suppliers.

Position Responsibilities** **:

+ Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

+ Analyzes and interprets data.

+ Support team Lean BPS transformation, create and document standard work when needed.

+ Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

+ Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 2+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ 2+ years of experience in data mining, processing, and analysis

+ 2+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

+ 2+ years of experience in Systematic Problem Solving

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ 2+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

+ 2+ years of experience with mining and reporting data from Boeing data warehouses and data lakes on the Enterprise Data Platform

**Summary pay range** : $81,000 – 109,000
