Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of a newly deployed NetSuite ERP system. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, aligning solutions with company goals, and driving process improvement by leveraging NetSuite’s capabilities—particularly across manufacturing and distribution modules.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and translate user requirements to guide NetSuite setup, configuration, and customization
• Drive deliverables across the ERP lifecycle including functional specs, configurations, QA, UAT, implementation, and project reviews
• Collaborate with implementation partners to modify existing systems and integrate new functionality into the business infrastructure
• Train users on NetSuite financials and operational applications to maximize system adoption
• Design and deliver custom financial reports, saved searches, and dashboards
• Provide ongoing NetSuite support—enhancements, troubleshooting, user support, and documentation for future customizations
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with deep familiarity in manufacturing workflows: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Design-to-Build
• Completion of 3–4 full NetSuite lifecycle implementations
• Functional experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems
• Post go-live NetSuite support experience, including upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications
• Strong business understanding across accounting, finance, and operations functions
• Skilled in building saved searches, custom financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Experience with data conversion, cleanup, imports, and validation
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• NetSuite certifications (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
