    We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role is focused on user support, system configuration, data integrity, and process optimization with an opportunity to work on both day-to-day support and strategic enhancement projects.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of Salesforce administration best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide daily support for Salesforce users, including case resolution and troubleshooting.

    + Administer and configure Experience Cloud and Service Cloud environments, including portals, bots, and dashboards.

    + Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

    + Build and maintain custom fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.

    + Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration changes such as validation rules, picklists, page layouts, custom fields, and automated flows.

    + Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.

    + Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality.

    + Maintain system documentation and create user guides and training materials.

    + Participate in QA testing and assist with deployment activities.

    + Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

    + Support multiple Salesforce instances and assist with environment upgrades and enhancements.

    + Use Azure DevOps to track and update work progress and collaborate on project tasks.

    Requirements

    + Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or willingness to obtain one

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.

    + Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools and best practices.

    + Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce functionality with business goals.
