My client is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to architect, build, and scale multiple high-performing software engineering teams from the ground up. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

• Proven ability to lead product-focused engineering teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.

• Strong technical expertise in full-stack development and cloud-native architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, and Java frameworks.

• Familiarity with applying AI and machine learning solutions to development workflows and product features.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams.
