Our Team:
The US Launch Project Management Office (PMO) team’s purpose is to enhance Sanofi launch performance through effective partnering, project management and implementation of industry-leading Launch Excellence best practices to achieve strategic objectives.
The Launch PMO supports our robust pipeline of key Sanofi US Specialty Care assets to materialize the miracles of science and improve patient lives. We interact with US and global stakeholders, senior leadership, brand teams, and workstream subject matter experts to orchestrate the development of comprehensive launch plans, improve launch execution, and drive cross-functional performance.
US Launch PMO sits within the NA (North America) Commercial Transformation & NP (New Product) Launches organiztion.
Job Description:
The Associate Director (AD) is responsible for managing activities to optimize performance cross-functionally to support launches across the US Specialty Care portfolio. The AD project manages new product and indication launches from end-to-end within the critical launch window, approximately two years prior to regulatory approval (L-2) through hypercare (3 months post-approval), concentrating on key launch milestones: Initiation (Launch Scoping, Launch Plan Development & Alignment), Execution/Tracking (Core Team meetings), Launch Readiness (day of approval planning, leadership review meetings), and Post-Launch Support (launch performance metrics and feedback).
Main Responsibilities:
+ Drive strategic launch governance and plan development from L-2 through post-launch
+ Lead cross-functional teams through key launch milestones and core team meetings
+ Develop and track comprehensive launch plans, including risk mitigation strategies
+ Orchestrate day-of-approval planning and execution
+ Partner with brand teams to ensure alignment and successful launch execution
+ Manage launch readiness reviews and performance metrics
+ Foster innovation and continuous improvement in launch excellence practices
+ Ensure effective documentation and communication across stakeholder groups
About You
Work Experience:
+ Project management experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
+ Track record of successful drug launch execution
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments
Minimum Required Skills:
+ Strong project management capabilities with focus on strategic execution
+ Proven ability to influence without authority across organizational levels
+ Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
+ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
+ Adaptable leadership style with ability to navigate complexity
Preferred Skills:
+ Strategic thinking with attention to detail
+ Change management experience
+ Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Technical Skills:
+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
+ Experience with project management platforms
Language Requirements:

The salary range for this position is:
$125,250.00 - $180,916.66
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
