    Where You Will Work

     

    Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning and more. This position requires work to be performed in-person at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix. The Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration.

    What You Will Do

     

    As a Supervisor IROC – RAMP, you will lead daily operations, implement predictive maintenance technologies, and train teams on best practices. This role drives data-informed decisions, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures reliable equipment performance across multiple sites.

     

    + Leading RAMP Operations to monitor equipment health, detect anomalies, and prevent failures.

    + Collaborating across mine sites to align maintenance strategies with planning, reliability, and operations teams.

    + Training and developing teams on new technologies and best practices.

    + Implementing predictive maintenance tools and integrating them into existing workflows.

    + Analyzing failure data with reliability engineers to eliminate recurring issues.

    + Reviewing performance trends and recommending improvements.

    + Reporting insights to senior leadership on maintenance effectiveness and technology impact.

    What You Bring To Freeport

    + High school diploma/GED with 5+ years progressive experience in industrial maintenance or operations, including 1+ year in a supervisory role, OR

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field with 1+ year of supervisory experience.

    + Expert level knowledge of Remote Asset Monitoring (RAMP) systems.

    + Advanced proficiency in SAP PM and related modules, with experience in customizing workflows, integrating third-party tools, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

    + Proven success in implementing predictive maintenance technologies like IoT, machine learning, and real-time analytics.

    + Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple international or remote mining environments.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable insights for operational efficiency.

    + Passion for innovation in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems.

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-risk environments with a focus on continuous improvement.

     

    What We Offer You

     

    The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$73,500-$101,000** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
