Job Description

Supervises staff to perfom daily work functions and activities in support of service and solution delivery for technology operations.

Job Responsibility

+ Promotes Infrastructure Services and Management department goals by motivating and training capable team members with the technology operations team.

+ Leads the activities of team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives. Supervises team members and daily activities in support of technology service and solution delivery for technology operations team.

+ Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related, are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

+ Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

+ 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.

Preferred Skills:

+ ITIL knowledge

+ Technical Background including but not limited to:

+ Working Cisco and Server knowledge

+ 3 years in SIMILAR capacity with Technical Operational background (major incident and situation and management)

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficient at Public Speaking and creating Presentations

+ Proficient at generating Excel reports, documentation and writing SOPs

+ Multitasking and delegation in a high volume/priority environment

+ Open to working Tuesday - Saturday

+ Note: this will be the Dayshift

The salary range for this position is $85,090-$147,220/year
