Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience in Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics and Adobe AEM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.

+ Oversee the integration of Adobe AEM with existing systems to ensure seamless content management.

+ Provide technical expertise in Adobe Analytics Engineering to optimize performance and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.

+ Ensure the scalability and reliability of analytics solutions to support business growth.

+ Conduct regular assessments of current systems to identify areas for improvement.

+ Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

+ Implement best practices for data governance and security within the analytics framework.

+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

+ Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.

+ Drive innovation by proposing new solutions and strategies to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong background in Adobe Analytics Engineering with proven experience.

+ Demonstrate expertise in Adobe AEM and its integration with other systems.

+ Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

+ Show proficiency in designing scalable and reliable analytics solutions.

+ Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Analytics Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until 2/16/2024 (For remote roles and CO roles put timelines; and salary information)

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
