    Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Maintenance in Frankfort, KY _._ This is for a long term temporary opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.     Responsibilities for this Grounds Maintenance job include:

    - Responsible for mowing, weed eating, landscaping, painting

     

    - Changing light bulbs

     

    - Janitorial duties

     

    - Assist in setting up for events

     

    - Will assist with cleaning up debris

     

    - Keep campus grounds clean

     

    - Ability to work outdoors in various weather

     

    - Will assist with moving furniture

    Qualifications:

    - MUST have previous zero turn mower experience

     

    - Ability to work 7am-3:30pm or later as needed

     

    - MUST have previous zero turn mower experience

     

    - In colder weather will assist with keeping parking lots, side walks clear

     

    - Ability to work alone and complete tasks on time

     

    - Physical requirements: walk, kneel, bend throughout shift

     

    - Requires lifting up to 50 lbs through shift

     

    - Detail Oriented

     

    - Must pass pre-employment screenings

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
