Computer Specialist

Our client, a leader in the industry is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join their team in **Green Bay, WI.** As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Computer Support Specialist

**Location:** Green Bay, WI

**Pay Rate:** $27.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

+ Provide frontline technical support to resolve Help Desk issues.

+ Manage and complete various Desktop Support requests and projects.

+ Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.

+ Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment.

+ Promote proper cybersecurity behaviors and remediate vulnerabilities.

What's Needed?

+ Associate degree in computer systems or a similar field preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in a PC/network support position preferred.

+ Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

+ Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels.

+ Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel and transport of equipment.
