Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
Pay Range: $20-$23
What’s the Job?
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers
+ Processing biweekly and off-cycle payroll for non-exempt employees through Paylocity
+ Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
What’s Needed?
+ Proficiency in Spanish language required
+ 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and/or payroll
+ Working knowledge of Paylocity preferred
+ Strong knowledge of payroll regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, etc.)
+ Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc)
