    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team in Dyer, IN. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder

    **Location:** Dyer, IN

    **Pay Range:** $21.40 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st 7am-3:30pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    Welder/Inspector is responsible for identifying and repairing issues with machined and welded parts.

     

    Test, inspect and diagnose malfunctions in post-build products

     

    Perform necessary adjustments and repairs, including welding repairs

     

    Execute straightening operations to ensure product conformity

     

    Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 1 or more years of experience in welding and straightening operations

    + Ability to stand for prolonged periods

    + Ability to perform repetitive operations

    + Ability to lift up to 35lbs
