    The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. This position is

    Responsibilities

    + Provide timely and accurate responses to employee requests and questions, escalating complex issues as needed.

    + Coordinate HR-related tasks and delegate responsibilities to appropriate team members to ensure efficient workflow.

    + Support cross-functional collaboration between HR, management, and other departments.

    + Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    + Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files and HR databases.

    + Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

    + Support onboarding activities such as orientation sessions and new hire paperwork.

    + Administer bereavement leave, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave (PSL), and other leave types in accordance with policies.

    + Educate employees on leave eligibility and usage.

    Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience in an HR position.

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    + Experience with Paycom or Relias is a plus.

    + Experience in Non-profit Healthcare is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
