    Join our dynamic R&D team as an Electrochemist , where you will have the opportunity to innovate and develop advanced electrochemical instrumentation for water quality testing and treatment. This position offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ideal for someone passionate about translating concepts into commercial products.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the electrochemical design and development of a new water quality testing instrument.

    + Design, test, and optimize electrochemical probes and sensors using techniques such as Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV), Square Wave Voltammetry (SWV), and Cyclic Voltammetry (CV).

    + Integrate and validate potentiostat systems, such as EMStat and RodeoStat, with custom probe designs.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and chemical components.

    + Support cradle-to-grave development of R&D projects, including prototyping, testing, and documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.

    + 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrochemistry, internship experience considered.

    + Proficiency with electrochemical techniques: DPV, SWV, CV.

    + Experience working with or developing electrochemical probes and sensors.

    + Familiarity with potentiostat systems such as EMStat and RodeoStat.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in water quality instrumentation or environmental testing.

    + Strong understanding of probe integration and signal interpretation.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, agile R&D team.

    Work Environment

    The position requires on-site work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will be part of a dedicated five-person R&D team, fostering innovation and collaboration in a stimulating work setting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $63.00/hr.
