    An HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Applications Analyst in the healthcare field focuses on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems within a healthcare organization. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure HR systems effectively support business needs and comply with relevant regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • System Implementation and Maintenance: Installing, customizing, maintaining, and upgrading HRIS applications, systems, and modules.

    • Data Management: Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security within the HRIS.

    • Troubleshooting and Support: Identifying and resolving system issues, providing technical support to end-users, and escalating complex problems.

    • Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports, analyzing data, and configuring system modules to meet organizational needs.

    • Training and Documentation: Providing training to end-users on HRIS functionalities and creating documentation for system processes.

    • Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS system adheres to relevant regulations and standards.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • 1+ year of experience in HRIS management

    • Experience with Paycom and/or Relias is a plus.

    • Non-profit healthcare experience is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
