    Job Title: Survey AnalystJob Description

     

    In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of surveyors and engineers on designs that include grading, utility, roadway, and drainage design.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in the field learning and utilizing fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of surveying to make precise survey measurements of potentially large tracts of land.

    + Operate and carry surveying instruments to, from, and in the field.

    + Establish and maintain friendly, business-like relations with those contacted in the course of work.

    + Utilize sound judgment, independent decision-making, and prolonged focus to complete surveying tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Autocad, Topography, and Civil 3D.

    + Knowledge of surveying and engineering practices.

    + Experience with TBC, CAD, and land surveying.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work independently and make decisions.

    + Capability to learn and apply surveying concepts and practices.

    + Sound judgment and prolonged focus.

    Work Environment

    Join a survey team of 26 people with plans for expansion. Enjoy flexible hours with the possibility of remote work up to three days a week. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with a flexible start time between 7-9 am. Full in-house work is required for PLS candidates. The company promotes from within and offers a performance-based bonus plan and flexible hours to accommodate your needs.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $43.00/hr.
