Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator – Pharmacy Technician (Intake)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST for 3 weeks)

Pay Rate:

+ $23/hour during verification season

+ $22/hour after verification season

•Key Responsibilities:

+ Review referral documents for completeness and accuracy

+ Create patient profiles from scanned or faxed images

+ Conduct initial prescription checks for clinical accuracy

+ Communicate with providers regarding referral status, clarifications, or patient concerns

+ Maintain clear and concise progress notes for workflow transparency

+ Enter new provider information into the system

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience(excluding trainee time)

+ Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License

+ Active PTCB Certification

+ Must be able to commit to the training schedule (9 AM – 6 PM CST)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
