• Sr. Construction Superintendent

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to meet specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.

    + Oversee the performance of craft workers and subcontractors.

    + Manage and process RFI's, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders efficiently.

    + Collaborate with various disciplines on the job site to ensure project success.

    + Participate actively in preconstruction activities to prepare for project execution.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in commercial construction and working as a general contractor.

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contracting firm.

    + Extensive experience in new construction, renovations, and fit-outs.

    + Demonstrated experience in healthcare, higher education, or data center projects preferred. Will review large commercial experience as well.
