Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and maintenance of all work schedules. Daily posting of all schedule-related activities. Correlation of daily staffing assignments. Preparation of management reports. Data input to the Nursing Productivity/Staffer System. Preparation of invoices for payment for agency staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

+ Minimum of 2 years staffing office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent technical training.

Special Skills

+ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal relations skills.

+ Ability to complie statistics and to maintain accurate and complete records and reports.

+ Previous Staffing/Time Management System expereince.

+ Must have the ability to read write and speak English.

Pay Range

$26.18 - $32.89 /hour
