    Job Description

    The Value Management Lead in the Fraud & Security Strategy and Execution team will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Fraud & Security Leadership Team and Organization, with guidance from the Security Strategy & Execution Director. Duties include the following:

     

    Chief of Staff Office

     

    + Provide administrative support to the Chief Fraud and Security Officer and department leadership in goal setting and reporting needs

     

    Portfolio Management

     

    + Oversee the maintenance of the Fraud & Security strategic initiative portfolio, in partnership with Product Owners and Program Managers, ensuring information and data is accurate and up to date

    + Facilitate monthly portfolio review with key Fraud & Security stakeholders

    + Manage and communicate portfolio changes to appropriate levels of leadership in Fraud & Security

    + Ensure the Value Management Team maintains knowledge of agile tools and methodologies and engages with the IT Value Management Office to maintain alignment with best practices. Serve as one of the Agile Champions for Fraud & Security

     

    Performance Monitoring

     

    + Manage and execute a schedule of required executive level reporting in support of the Fraud and Security Leadership Team. Develop clear and easy to understand material for Executive level audiences, including C-Suite and Board of Directors, demonstrating performance and progress against strategic priorities and key risk and performance indicators

    + Lead the oversight and continued maturity of the Fraud & Security operational performance monitoring framework through collaboration with metric owners to mature existing KPIs, identify new KPIs, and enhance reporting structures and routines

    Strategy Support:

    + Partner with Fraud & Security business partners and product teams in the creation of business and value cases supporting strategic initiatives including technology, process and/or operating model optimization

    + Assist in the development of department Objectives and Key Results and periodically report on progress against strategic objectives

     

    Special Projects

     

    + Collaborate with department leader in the implementation of operating model adjustments, workforce planning, operational efficiencies and other projects as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + 10+ Years of experience related to project, change or business management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Management experience

    + High adaptability and learning agility

    + Ability to collaborate with various partners and stakeholders

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Strong organization, written and oral communication skills

    + Project planning and management

    + Knowledge and/or experience in agile methodologies and tools

    + Experience facilitating group working sessions and interdisciplinary meetings

    + Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion

    + Proficient in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel)

    Compensation Range:

    93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

     

    The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
