Join our team as a **Global Trade Compliance Manager** located onsite in Union City, Georgia and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global operations align with rigorous trade laws and quality protocols.
In this strategic position, you’ll serve as a regulatory anchor across our international logistics network—providing expertise in import/export regulations, including **ITAR** , **BIS** , and global compliance frameworks. Your contributions will directly support risk mitigation, operational accuracy, and market expansion initiatives. Ultimately, the Global Trade Compliance Manager serves as the conduit for businesses to engage successfully in the global marketplace, promoting seamless trade connections while balancing legal, economic, and logistical dimensions.

As a key architect of regulatory integrity, the Global Trade Compliance Manager will lead critical initiatives that ensure our international operations remain precise, compliant, and audit-ready. This role goes beyond checklist compliance, blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution of technology control plans and export controls. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of US import/export laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and navigating regulatory changes with confidence. Their strengths include internal audit preparation, corrective action development, and global compliance training, all while driving continuous process improvements. With sharp contract review skills and a proactive approach to investigations, they transform compliance from a requirement into a strategic asset within international business operations.
What we would like you to bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
+ 5+years of experience in a Compliance/Quality related field
+ Experience in a highly regulated US Export regulated work environment. (i.e. technology control plans, license applications, agreements, and transactional activities)
+ Strong understanding of Import and Export Regulations in the US
+ Experience in contract logistics, warehousing, operations, or closely related business function support
+ Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training material to differing audiences
+ U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years’ experience in the application of US Import and Export Regulations
+ Subject matter expertise in understanding government regulations with a primary focus on ITAR and BIS requirements
+ Aerospace experience a plus but not required
+ Knowledge of SAP systems
+ Strong time management, prioritization, analytical, and organizational skills
+ Strong communicator with the ability to develop and deliver training
+ Strong investigative skills with prior experience investigating and providing report outsof USG - Export regulatory disclosures
+ Proficient in lean problem-solving tools such as decision trees, 5-Why, fishbone diagrams, Kazan, DIMAIC
