Our approach blends PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques with personalized attention to enhance mobility, reduce pain, improve posture, and promote post-workout recovery, helping clients "Live Long" POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager is a dynamic, high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. REQUIREMENTS * 1–2 years in a sales, fitness, or service-based environment preferred * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with ClubReady technology: POS systems, CRM software, social media * Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter * Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends * Benefits & Compensation * Hourly pay + commission and bonuses * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand * Supportive, fun, and health-focused studio environment RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Membership Growth * Drive studio sales by converting leads, walk-ins, and trial sessions into memberships * Conduct follow-up communication with prospects via phone, text, and email * Support local community outreach and in-studio events to generate new leads * Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions Customer Experience * Greet and check in clients, ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment * Educate new clients on StretchLab services, session options, and the benefits of stretching * Address client concerns and feedback in a professional, solutions-oriented manner Studio Operations * Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure studio cleanliness and organization * Manage front desk operations, bookings, and point-of-sale system * Help train and support front desk staff as needed * enhance the current member experience * support brand efforts with social media, studio marketing We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
