Job Specific Qualifications: * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Must be able to lift 30 pounds.  * Must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle.  * Must be able to diagnose customer concerns * Must be able to refinish or paint quickly and efficiently  * Work within Insurance company estimates * Accurately mix and tint paints   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   * Efficiently diagnose and refinish vehicles    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.   MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/ACCOUNTABILITY: This job description provides an overview of your specific job duties, but it is not possible to be all inclusive.
