Body Shop Manager - Internal A Collision Center in the greater St. Louis Missouri area is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager-Internal. The Body Shop Manager will be compensated on a competitive pay scale according to experience. Other responsibilities include: * Maximize the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the Body Shop department * Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them * Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and earn repeat business/referrals * Maintain great relationships with insurance companies (“Preferred Provider status”) * Maintain high-quality Body Shop repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality * Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all Body Shop department staff * Oversee Body Shop technicians’ performance and arrange training to keep best practices and skills current * Prepare schedules and plan staff rotations to ensure that Body Shop repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible * Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference material, workshop supplies, and other materials * Ensure that all department personnel adhere to company policies, understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations Qualifications/Requirements: * At least 3 years of automotive Body Shop management experience * Current valid driver's license * Excellent management and supervisory abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems including CCC * Ability to motivate a team, establish and set benchmarks for efficiency and profitability * Please upload your resume.
