    Growing start-up Personal Care company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive supply chain professional to join their team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and services that keep our operations running efficiently. You’ll work closely with production, vendors, and internal systems to manage procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory data, and support sourcing initiatives.

     

    This is an hourly, non-exempt position offering a pay rate of $25-35/hr depending on experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Issue purchase orders for materials and services, monitor delivery timelines, and maintain clear, organized procurement records.

    + Partner with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with material availability and operational needs.

    + Manage inventory transactions, perform regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.

    + Foster strong vendor relationships through consistent communication regarding order updates, deliveries, and changes.

    + Assist with identifying new suppliers and gathering competitive quotes to support sourcing strategies.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain—experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; ERP system experience is preferred.

    + Strong analytical skills to help determine ideal order quantities and timing for inventory control.

    + Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    + Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with the ability to present information in a clear, concise manner.INDBH
