Summary About the Position: This is a Military Technician position with the 416th Theater Engineer Command, 806 Engineer Company, 489 Engineer Battalion, 420 Brigade located in Conway, Arkansas. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons. Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment. Monitor employee training programs. Enforce policies established by higher Headquarters. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: monitoring programs for the organization which including pay, personnel, medical readiness, training, or logistics; process administrative actions using automated systems; and coordinates various types of meetings and training events. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
