**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced and personable **Building Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Akron, OH.** This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $27/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Building Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Elevator Repair and Troubleshooting

+ Appliance Maintenance and Repair

+ General Repairs and Upkeep

+ Basic Electrical Work

+ Coordinating and Communicating with Subcontractors

+ Utilizing RealPage Property Management System

Requirements:

+ Prior Experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Support

+ Comfortable with Computers and Technology (RealPage experience highly preferred)

+ Strong Communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to Work Independently and Problem Solve

+ Personable and Professional Demeanor
