In this role, you will play a key part in spearheading our tech-driven initiatives at Connect. You'll work closely with diverse teams, establish clear program goals, and ensure flawless program execution from start to finish. Your strong leadership and top-notch communication skills will be instrumental in propelling our technological progress.
Job Description
**LOCATION:** This role is open to applicants in the Philadelphia. This TPM4 will work onsite with the team in a hybrid environment per company policy. It is not approved for remote/virtual employment.

In this role you will be expected to:
+ Understand and manage the scope of technical programs based on product, business, and budget requirements.
+ Participate in planning and scheduling key program milestones.
+ Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and documentation.
+ Identify and manage critical path tasks to ensure timely delivery.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
+ Lead core technical teams and field resources during program execution and deployments.
+ Define program goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
+ Resolve conflicts and build consensus with appropriate management involvement.
+ Estimate costs, manage budgets, and forecast resource needs.
+ Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
+ Monitor for risk triggers and initiate corrective actions when needed.
+ Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.
+ Oversee and manage changes to program parameters, ensuring proper communication and process adherence.
+ Monitor and ensure the quality of program deliverables.
+ Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and tools for field implementation.
+ Contribute to organizational goals and strategic priorities through program execution.
+ Exercise independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you need to succeed (minimum requirements)
+ Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience or equivalent years experience.
+ Experience in program/project planning and execution.
+ Strong understanding of technical domains (e.g., software, hardware, systems).
+ Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment.
+ Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
+ Risk analysis, budget, and resource forecasting.
+ High level of accountability and discretion.
+ Adaptability to changing schedules and demands.
