Shift: Night shift (** **Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday** **6 pm to 4:30 am** **)

Job Description:

+ We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support workplace safety and health initiatives. As a member of the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, you will provide direct medical support, assist with injury prevention, and play a key role in employee wellness and emergency response at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide first aid, CPR, and AED care for workplace injuries and illnesses.

+ Triage, assess, and refer employees to external medical providers as needed.

+ Maintain accurate records of all medical care and case management documentation.

+ Support and track workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs.

+ Participate in safety meetings, new hire orientations, and daily injury prevention efforts.

+ Monitor employee safety behaviors and coach on best practices to minimize risk.

+ Maintain a clean and organized medical area and ensure adequate supply inventory.

+ Assist with random drug testing procedures and emergency response protocols.

+ Keep required certifications current and assist in certifying others in First Aid/CPR/AED.

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

+ EMT License or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT)
