    About this role:

    We’re seeking an experienced Pricing Supervisor to join our Light Commercial Pricing team in Syracuse, NY. As the Pricing Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Pricing Manager to strategize and support all Light Commercial pricing initiatives. This jr. leadership role will oversee a team of four pricing analysts, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and play a key role in shaping our approach to competitive, data-driven pricing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in leadership development and future management opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage a team of 4 pricing analysts

    + Coordinate and implement price increases and/or price changes for Light Commercial and VRF products; including the creation and preparation of working files, SAP load input and audits

    + Determine and set pricing for new products and configurable options as necessary

    + Collaborate closely with Pricing manager and Sales & Product Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and objectives

    + Review and approve price studies, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights

    + Coach and train analysts as needed

    + Oversee digital pricing projects with digital lead to ensure alignment with LCML business objectives

    + Provide day-to-day guidance and support to analysts managing distributor pricing inquiries

    + Deliver high-level analytics to support strategic pricing decisions

    + Support other pricing responsibilities as needed based on business requirements

    + Drive continuous process improvement to streamline analyst processes

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 8 + years of experience in a finance, accounting, and/or pricing environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree or MBA preferred

    + SAP / BI Experience Preferred

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

    + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

    + Experience with digital pricing tools or pricing system implementations is a plus

    Pay Range:

    $77,500.00-$135,250.00
